This is a very well-built model. Texturing job is topnotch, you can hardly tell those were normals. They look so convincing I'd believe those were highpoly displacements.
Is this lowpoly ? I mean gameready ? I havent done anything in 3d in a very long time maybe almost a year this is inspiring me to go back to doing some 3d modeling . Would u mind sharing approximatly how many polys this model has ?
Yes, this is low poly, but more like AAA FPS game kind. With all the details (inside part etc) it's probably around 40k. But I did it as low poly for presentation, so didn't care to much. If you ask how much would it be for FPS optimized, I'd go for 12-15k max which is it on this gun if I'll delete all hidden parts :D
@@endivine7977 thanks for the info man much appreciated . Do u mind sharing where i can find information about blueprints and parts etc of a gun ? Paid or free i dont mind , cause usually it s the collecting references that takes most of the time and suckq cause sometimes they dont match and u have to figure stuff out with experience which i dont have cause i dont know much about how a gun works or what parts make it tbh
