Japanese Egg Sando Recipe | Ready in 10 minutes!
Luckily for japanese egg sando sandwich you don’t need much technique since the eggs fully cooked. The difference between the japanese method and regular egg sandwiches is the difference in texture. The egg mixture is whipped with kewpie mayo until its smooth and in the mixture is a soft egg white pieces that gives the sandwich more of a bite.

    That's not a very efficient (or humane) way of preparing the crab. Usually, Chinese seafood chefs don't do the whole "release urine" on crabs - that's more common for lobsters and when they do they begin the chopping process shortly after rather than letting them "die really slowly" (it's also based on an outdated understanding of lobsters because they don't actually urinate from the back and what comes out is actually just blood that would be released after you chop them). What happened from 2:56 - 3:40 doesn't really do anything but hurt and stress the crab. A more efficient way would be putting the crab in the freezer for a bit to numb it and this will also slow the crab down so it isn't so feisty.

    I didn’t know this about kumquats! I def wanna try this. The first two times I tried to make scones the texture was so off. I kept everything cold but it was still so soft when baked. I also used heavy cream. I’ll give this another try with milk

    Well that was surprisingly simple. I've never heard of Kewpie Mayo but upon googling it seems that it is made from egg yolks as opposed to the whole egg. That would certainly make it richer tasting and give it that great colour. Thanks for the recipe, this is one I want to try ... Cheers
