It is one of the most photographed model boats in the state of Washington. The little.boat, named after the poet Emma Lazarus, was built in Poulsbo and continues to dazzle thousands of people all year long, not only in Poulsbo marina but also in Bainbridge Island, Gig Harbor, and Bellevue area.
