CNC銑床 - 客製化 重機車的 零件

客戶需求：重機車擋泥板安裝支架斷裂. 由於支架原先是和 避震器一體成型的, 整支換掉太可惜了, 所以做一個支架零件來處理, 我從 3D 繪圖開始, 最後和客戶確認尺寸規格後, 上 CNC 銑床切削. 目前機台正在大改升級中, 無法代客加工,實在抱歉了.

Nice work Tommy. Try to adjust the feed rate so that you get a chip load (cpt) of about 0.02 to 0.03 mm/tooth. Feed = N x cpt x RPM where N = number of flutes.
Thanks for your advice, but my spindle not connect to CNC controller yet, working on it now.
@@TommyLin it does not need to be connected. The adjustment is to the feed rate. The RPM can remain the same.

are you using vacuum fixture on holder the materials that you are millings
no, vacuum fixture is too expensive, I'm using 3M 2090 masking tape and super glue, that's it, cheap and simple.
