In this video, I discuss a topic that is near and dear to my heart - matcha. Matcha has been growing in popularity in the United States for quite some time now, making it more readily available in coffee shops. But I've noticed that in many cases the quality of the lattes are just not hitting the spot. Maybe its because I'm a matcha snob, but cafes need to do better and sell better matcha lattes, especially if they are going to charge a pretty penny for
it.
