Can you confirm please if the fitness center will be there?
I’m embarrassed to say that you have found an error in the information in my video. There is an apartment complex with a fitness center in it in the painted tree area which is where I think I saw that information. However, the general community does not offer a fitness center to its residents.
I have seen some problems on your channel due to which you are not getting views. What I have seen is that you have been working on the channel for a long time but your views and subscriptions are not getting any. Now if you want to grow your channel and get more views then I can help you

Massive property tax. 1.8-3% pretty much on home’s market value. Keep in mind homes are around 4-8x of household income.
The average property tax rate in Texas is 1.6%. We do have a general homestead exemption here which lowers the taxable value of your home by up to $100k for school taxes. And remember we have no income tax here
@@kamihallrealestate which communities in North Dallas have less than 1.6% tax rate? I get that there is no state income tax. Its normally on a 1/8 or 1/6 cost of the home. Also you would only pay until you make income. These property taxes are for life of the property. With reassessments every year, you would have to pay on unrealized gains too. Which is crazy. Texas need to go back and think why they became a no state income tax state. Were they planning on getting all the money from property taxes or from oil. Washington state doesn’t have state tax either but tax rate at 1% and assessed values at 60-70% of market value.
