Is not the phrase _“They’re a _*_Black_*_ artist,”_ by definition, racist? Would not the phrase _“They’re an artist”_ be better? *Hyperbole warning:* No one ever said _“Michael Jackson is a great singer, for a coloured fellow that is.”_ That’s simply not a thing. And pre-emptively, that was hyperbole. It’s not an assertion that there’s no such thing as racism, nor is it an endorsement of bigotry. It also feels somewhat condescending to refer to someone as _“A talented _*_Black_*_ artist.”_ Again, would not _“A talented artist”_ be preferable?

I believe the presenter was not familiar with the history of the tea ceremony. There was a shift in Japanese aesthetics when Buddhist influences on the tea ceremony which introduced the concept of “wabi-sabi” in which imperfections were appreciated as an aesthetic. Interesting collection.

Do you fools not see the irony in the lie? The fact that there are photos of beaches from 123 years ago with the same water levels? Can you not see the idiocracy you are building? The "artist", SMDH at that one, actually had to WALK INTO THE WATER to get wet. She did not stand at a point that once had been dry because of the false narrative of "the water levels rising", and now she was wet from the water that was at a point that was once dry. Thinking people see what you're doing.

Wait. This feels significant. The last we heard from the FBI, they thought the items were last known to be in the Philadelphia area. But Amore thinks they’re still in New England? Or back in New England? This feels like a divergence from official law enforcement posture? No?

Check your city listing or those in nearby areas for glass blowing studios that offer lessons or classes. That's how I got started in the late 1990's. I now have my own glass blowing studio in Seattle and specialize in designing and making transformative lamps and lighting systems (glass shades that can change colors and patterns).

Thank you so much for such an insightful lecture. Paul Cadmus is truly one of the best artists in my opinion. I am fascinated by how unsubtly his art depicts gay life. I’m also so happy that the art world has embraced him and artist like him who make being a gay man so much easier and meaningful. Thank you.

"If we take a way everything that may be offensive to black people. A generation down the road people will be wondering what the song "We shall overcome" means. What did they have to overcome?" I agree. I really really have not heard this spoken so eloquently. This should show that beacusr you put a tarp on the root of American racism or shove it in the garage or closet or storage facility or stuff it under your bed doesn't make it disappear.
