Long Reversing & Loading Birch Pulpwood
Hi !
I didn't upload over 2 months because i had some construction work to do. One part is covered in the video. This video is recorded in 20.06.2024.
But in the video, there is me loading birch pulpwood in POV and also the crane operating movements are covered.
In the middle of loading, forwarder operator arrived from the forest and we had some helping each other.
People who are watching for the first time, I drive Scania 560R , it has Loglift 96S timbercrane and the set also include 3 axle Närkö trailer

Hi! Normal trucking day. I was hauling the same material to the same place for 2.5 days straight. The trip lenght was 55 km and every single time i weighted 52 or less tons. It is good to drive around with a big load, knowing that nobody can bother you. #logging #timber #lumber

Usually the whole crane gets greased on Sundays, which means that i will be doing that on one weekend and my coworker does it the other. That doesn't mean that it only gets greased once a week. I failed my reversing and i decided to show that. If this place had deep ditches then i would have reposition myself but there was plenty of room. Hi ! From Friday to Sunday all i did was hauling seasoned spruce. 9 trips in total and 1pulpwood load back to my home town. In the video it seems that its almost summer, although on friday there was a slight snowstorm. I belive the last one. It should be finished with the snow for this season.
