सर्टिफिकेट दिव्यांगता के अनुसार बन जाएगा उसमे दिव्यांगता का प्रतिशत वर्णित किया जाएगा। परंतु दिव्यांगता के आधार पर शासकीय सहायता या अन्य लाभ बैंचमार्क दिव्यांगता यानी 40 प्रतिशत या उससे अधिक होने पर ही मिलता है।
