When reading up on different Hamilton beach models, they suggest freezing stuff like lettuce with high water content then shred. I've got my eyes on the 8 cup stacksnap model 70820, but worried on the plastic bowl itself. This ninja looks sturdy in assembly but yeah the sealing atop makes it less faster to put on.
