The BEST Multiplayer Roguelike - Risk of Rain
I finally tried the Risk of Rain games, including Risk of Rain 2 and Risk of Rain Returns. Risk of Rain 2 is a third-person roguelike looter shooter while Risk of Rain Returns is a platformer roguelike. Both are developed by Hopoo Games and published by Gearbox Publishing. They're two absolutely brilliant titles revolving around the idea that the game gets more difficult the longer you play. They also feature a wide cast of characters including commando, huntress, bandit, MUL-T, engineer, artificer, mercenary, rex, loader, acrid, captain, railgunner, void fiend, enforcer, HAN-D, miner, sniper, chef, drifter, and pilot. Deltarune is a follow-up to Toby Fox’s 2015 video game Undertale. Featuring many lovable characters, some returning from undertale like Toriel, Alphys, Asgore, or Sans, and others completely new to the story, like Kris, Susie, Ralsei, Lancer, Noelle, and Berdly. It surprises me that it is still very active on PS3 in 2024. I would even say that it is easier to find a full lobby match on PS3 than on PS4, Xbox 360, Xbox One or PC.

Ea could make so much money if they make gw3 and add on to it heck they can just resell gw2 add one more mad and a new variant for each character and it could make them so much more money but I forgot executives think they know what people want when the next maiden game gets released

Hey man, quick question. Are the gw1 servers down? Everytime I try join a multiplayer game the gane says. Unable to joinna session. Please check your network connection and try again. My internet is fine and I tried this on my xbox 360 and xbox one.

I think they took variants out in bfn because the snap dragon is basically just a fire chomper and other new characters would bleed into variants too much but I still don't support removing variants
if anything it’s just an argument against the design choices for the new characters

ik there were a bunch of other problems with multiplayer, initial release, and whatnot but i didn’t have the time (nor the willpower) to do the research or find out for myself
@ideroPlays umm no i don't think you understand what i meant: i think we should be able to appreciate something while still being able to point out its flaws, you were doing the opposite: hating on something without discussing its actual flaws (for example the new classes are fantastic imo). Also no I don't hate bfn, in fact I prefer it over gw2. I have about 400 hours between the 3 shooters and have followed the franchise for years and I still stand by my statement. I think you may have been biased going into bfn...
ah yea I misunderstood - no I probably was a bit harsh on it. Something to work on for future videos. Nice to see someone on the internet who actually vouches for calm takes and appreciation of multiple sides of an argument as opposed to being an extremist one way or the other

bfn is not even that bad, its just diffirent, once I saw someone do video about bfn being absolutly horrible and oh my gosh, he was suprisingly roasted by people in the comments, I feel like people only focus on negatives in bfn and don't even mention possitives
Fair point! I do think i might’ve gone a little harsh on it in the video and would love to come back one day. I just only had so much time (and so much motivation). I personally don’t think bfn is a bad game, it’s more just that it can feel like a big drop from gw2

i loved deltarune with all my heart, the game felt so fresh while kind of nostalgic and i honestly think this project has so much potential, i might say it could be even better than undertale, especially for the combat system. hope you get more recognition because it's an amazing video!
after having to replay undertale for this video i completely agree! plus the boss fights feel better and there’s no equivalent to alphys texting you every five seconds

Even if you're talking about Garden Warfare 1, you talked about the GW2 Replacements, its okay that you still mentioned them. 2:40 In GW1, that is replaced by a zombot drone. 2:46 and also in GW1, the heal station is the main heal ability in that game, in GW2 its a alternative.

When i finished the video and looked at your subscriber count i couldn't believe it. By the quality of the video i taught you at least had a couple thousand subs. Keep doing what your doing man and u will surely grow. Also, I'm exited for the anticheat update, although its gonna disable mods it still shows that this game is getting some support and its not a full blown tf2 situation.
no idea what’s going on with tf2 but the anti cheat situation definitely does make me sad. i played for about 25 hrs for this video but only had 2 games with hackers and personally think it’s a travesty they’re banning mods. woulda commented on it in the vid but i was running outta time
@@ideroPlaystf2 is a hacker invested hell hole, because the anticheat for that game sucks. Now tf2 is a 17yr old game but if not for the anticheat update I fear that gw2 might go down the same path. But i kinda didn't really emphasize my distaste for the removing mods thing, since mods make this game alot more fun imo.
dude This game was the first game on my ps4, I remember I was at gamestop with my dad and my brother and I BEGGED FOR IT and my dad said it was too expensive but I still begged and he eventually got it for me, tbh my dads the goat for that cuz that game is AMAZING
