First thing's first - that first pull was not the same as your normal first pulls in NW. People pull a 4 pack max in pugs but you pulled 6 and died in less than a global with CDs up. That constitutes an overpull and not your damage and healer under performing. It's fine to do that pull in like a +3 where there's 1 affix and things do no damage but not in a +9. Also one of the big reasons why you died there is because you prioritized IP over Shield Block. NEVER let shield block fall off. You had 2 charges and plenty of rage to use it on the leadup to your death but you spent the rage on IP instead. Your route does seem all over the place and suboptimal. If you're going to tank for content or plan on tanking well at all, you need to have some kind of understanding on CD timings and track DPS/healer CDs. There are plenty of addons that help you do this. You don't seem like you know the right pulls to do and in what order. Generally speaking you want to have a large/huge pull every 1/2 mins and a small-medium pull in between. You seem to do small-medium pulls all the way through. This means your DPS end up using less CDs overall because they dont want to waste them on a small pull resulting in your run going slower overall. For the pulls with any frontals (e.g. marauders in NW) - You can't just move randomly. You got your dps killed like 4 times by moving erratically. Your positioning on Stitchflesh was absolutely abysmal. As a tank, it is your job to position the boss in a way that's easy for the dps to attack. Your inexperience as a tank is showing here. Just because you can hit the boss safely, doesn't mean the dps can. Rotationally - you need to press spell reflection more, especially during tank busters and use storm bolt and wall more often. Remember that spell reflect has a 20% magic damage reduction baked into it. The less damage you take, the more damage your healer does i.e. the faster the dugneon goes :) Your ui needs some work. You do not need 25% of your screen covered with details windows. I understand you might want it that way for your youtube or whatever but you can suffice with 2 in the corner showing current dps and overall dps. It's all people really care about. You also have no way of knowing who your target is targetting. Example - If mobs are casting a big spell into you, you can spell reflect it back to do massive damage. But as it stands, you just see them casting and nothing else. ALOT of room for improvement but im assuming you're new to tanking. It's great that you look at logs etc to try and improve but it'd honestly be more worth your while learning optimal routes because your logs will get better as you're more optimal with your pulls. Okay starting point but it only goes up from here. GL :)
