I like to cut it, pack it in Hawaiian salt for a few days, then transfer to fresh Hawaiian salt. I don't really target ulua, but works great for just about everything. Wife is happy no freezer full of tako. Seems to last a long time and makes it rather tough. Mahalo for the video.

@@25Saii I would say either a Daiwa Seagate or Daiwa Sealine the size of the reel depends on what your targeting but those our some really solid reels for the price. And the lb test line and weight you use will depend on what your targeting. So if you plan on targeting mainly like Uluas or the bigger size oios ect I would say Sealine or Seagate 50H paired with 50lb mono and 8oz lead. Or if you targeting mainly oio or smaller smaller game then I would say Sealine or Seagate in the 40-35h model paired with 30lb test and like 5-6oz lead.🤙 hope this helps you out🤙

I use grubs when i whip. I hardly have luck with the flies. I love using hammer bombs and grubs . Been catching kumus lately with grubs. Omilus been hiding from me lately 😅.
I use to use grubs all the time but found I get a lot bigger strikes on the flies and plus I hate having to keep changing the grub afta the hinaleas tax the tali lol🤣 but just keep pressin um the omilu going come soon💯🤙
@epichawaiianadventures2211 brush dem hinas and trumpet fish are annoying when I use grubs 🤣😂 but if it's a good size hina I take um home and fry um up lol. I always have my throw net too just incase I don't catch anything worth keeping lol.
