Why did she measure 20cm for the hip line when I can’t see 20cm in any of the original measurements she did at the start? Does anyone know?

In a different video I watched, the lining for the vent section was done after the facing and collar were sewn. Can your method be done this way also? Lining the vent after the front facing and collar is done? As long as there’s an opening to turn the jacket?
