I like the way you have some designs going off the edge. It gives the card more action. The second challenge is also very nice. I like the paper clip with the ribbon. I have put charms dangling from the top of the paper clip, but not ribbons. Dollar General has bottles that are smaller. I've used them for Fabri-Tac and they work great. They come, 3 in a pack and they have clear caps. I think they're only $2.

You do a good job keeping the project in the center. That is a darling little booklet. I like the eyelash yarn that you used to hold it together.

That is a beautiful little journal. It would look good as an additional to another journal or just on it's own. I like the way you used the ribbon to cover the tabs. It looks really nice. You could have left the tabs out and do it to the second set of pockets too. No one would know that you were planning to put the tabs under the cover page. It's a little 'wow' spot in the journal, a little surprise. You have some very nice ribbon & lace.❤

The mini journal is adorable. I really like it! I was thinking the same thing about the lace. Because of the worn areas, I think that the pocket with the lace, looks like the back of the jeans. It has a front closure though. It just looks strange to me. LOL 😊

Great idea for using old wrapping paper. Every year I use to buy a couple of rolls of paper. Since I never use the entire roll, and don't throw what's left out, I have some really old paper. Haven't had to wrap any gifts for a few years now. I may make a few tags to give to friends.

Nice! I like seals and their pups. I use to read National Geographic all the time. I'm sure that I have some old copies around here. It got to be a bit pricey, and I wasnt finding the time to read it, so I cancelled the prescription. Every once in a while, I see an interesting article on the cover of the magazine. I then go to the library, and read it.

I like the card. Simple but cute. I want to travel. I'm trying to remember the last time I had a vacation. I flew to Florida and stayed with a friend for a few days. That was so many years ago, over 20 years. I'm normally a home body, mostly because I don't have the money to travel. Any where you go, it's going to cost. Nothing is free. I hope I'm gone before they find a way to charge for the air we breath.

That is adorable! Using the ribbon to cover the front and back page was a clever idea. It really make the pages look so special. As if you spent hours decorating them. I'm starting to get the Christmas spirit. LOL ❤ EDIT - I wasn't finished! There was an update to my tablet and I don't know how to find the emoji's. I wanted to add a Christmas 🎄 tree. The tree just popped up on it's own! I don't know about this AI that is being introduced. I'd rather do my own thinking.

That is totally adorable! At first, I thought you glued it all together and would have 5 pockets. I need to get my eyes checked! Seriously. Up to a year ago, I never wore glasses in the house, unless I was watching TV. Now, it's getting so that I have to wear them all the time. I have 2 black cats and I can't tell them apart without my glasses. LOL 🐈 🕶 🐈

Congratulations on reaching 500 subscribers! I liked the page insert. You did good centering the ribbon. I struggle with centering things. I'd measure the size and try to figure out what was half the size and still get it off center half the time. LOL I bought a centering ruler. It's so much easier, and it was reasonably priced. Now it doesn't matter if the size is something that isn't easy to divide in half or if the edges are curved.

It's a beautiful journal! I love the way you added to the pages to enhance them. The sparkling purple ribbon highlights the colors in the kit. I love it and the other ribbons you used. The ribbon side tuck with the folding journal page is a wonderful idea. I like how the ribbon holds the paper in without hiding how pretty it is. You should be proud of yourself for making such a gorgeous journal. This is your first journal, correct?

I love to sew! I also crochet and have done several other crafts. I only got into working with paper a couple of years ago. Back when I went to school, we had home ec. It was in 7th grade and we use treadle sewing machines. I remember sewing a zipper into the back of a dress. I had so much trouble getting it straight. When I finally got it straight, it was in upside down! I did fix it and wore the dress.
