Hi Haris, the machine does give you a reminder/alert when an action is required. E.g. it will tell you to clean/rinse the milk system after every use, you can then decide whether you want to skip because you are about to make another drink for instance

Hi Savvas. You do not have to run the descaling program if the appliance has not requested it. The machine only requests a descaling cycle once it has made a certain number of drinks using steam. If you live in an area where the water is very hard, you may wish to descale more often. If this has not illuminated then you can follow the instruction manual for cleaning as you have done. How often it prompts the descaling depends on the hardness setting but also the number of drinks produced. You can also run a machine clean (see “Cleaning program”) Hope this helps 🙂

Hello, we can advise that the the Dark setting achieves a stronger flavour by using a finer grind and using a bit more coffee.

@@krupsuk3289 it leaks from the back of the dripping tray and sometimes it comes from under the tray on a small hole down under If there is an email I could send with the video you would understand. I was expecting it to come through the same place as the coffee is coming from, but not.

Hi, delay in changing the filter may affect the quality in taste of the coffee and performance of the machine. This depends on a few factors, such as: water quality, how many drinks are made, cleaning cycles, etc. We recommend to change the filter as soon as you can when required. Sunil

Hi Pauline, sorry to hear this. Ensure the water tank is correctly fitted and if you are using a filter in the water tank remove it and try again. Also, set your coffee grinder setting medium to course. Let us know if this does not help. Sunil

The milk frother will need to be cleaned manually and with the cleaning fluid. Thanks

The milk pipe does need rinsing in hot water weekly. i leave it in boiling soapy water for 10 mins, then run cold tap water through it and it cleans it properly, if you dont clean it regularly the nozzels can block and it wont froth properly.
