Im also a T4 para and been looking to get back to fitness, I had a Weider hand bike a few years ago that got binned, this looks like it will be a lot better so will use it for a cardio to go with the free weights workout. Thanks for the review.

Hello mate, inspirational , My cousin is in hospital , several months now, paralysed Chester down, he's waiting to get moved on from.njs Ward to a rehabilitation Ward, its delay after delay after delay, and he's in a pretty dark place mentally, isolated , he really needs.to be with other people he can connect and have shared experience with. Think he is in hospital on the Wirral some where.

"let the spasm pass" was so damn validating for me. My body does that when I lay down after standing up (i shouldn't stand up from my chair to transfer its a bad idea lol don't do that if you aren't supposed to). and that settling process of it always made me self conscious. I feel a lot better knowing that I'm not the only one that has that happen. Thank you. 🥰

Being 72, I can be a bit slow to catch on, but I've grasped that it is 180 miles. I will sponser you at 50p per mile. Hi, I have CP but eventually, I do transfer myself like you do. However when I’m traveling, I do struggle a lot or I need help when the bed is like 60cm ; this is not much but anyway, this is way higher than my wheelchair :-( How do you proceed in that case ? ♿️

Seems some sort of spinal impairment but not completely immobile, I've seen a man who used to do crazy stuff with bulls and broke his spine completely, now he can't walk sometimes but refuses a wheelchair or cane, he is young though only 30s
