This is funny that it’s tenants lol. A lot of them are so rough doing everyday tasks like turning a faucet on and off and these modern faucets where the entire thing is plastic just can’t hold up to it.

OMG!!! I am afraid to use my dryer now after seeing that mess. I'm going to Lowe's tomorrow and get one of those tools. How much are they? Do you make house calls? I'm too old to climb up on the roof.

Nice job! That looks like a pretty old house. I have a toilet that is leaking into the bowl. The water comes on about twice per day to refill the tank. But it is a strange round barrel-type valve. I have not been able to find a replacement for it. I replaced the toilet myself about 12 years ago. I think I got it at Lowe's. I'll have to go back down there and see if they carry this type of valve.

I had to do this very repair to my home when I first moved in.

I have had to replace my garbage disposal three times in the last 22 years. The first one, 21 years ago, just fell out of the sink from so much rust. And, I also did not know about that damn plug. I'll never forget it again.

This was your best video yet. I learned how to resurface my nasty kitchen and bathroom cabinets. I've been wanting to do that for a long time.

I remember those old floor grates. I can't remember what house it was in though. I guess I'm one of those "old guys" you mentioned!🤭

Nice job! I noticed that the house has Moen faucets. I've had to replace all of them in my house because they became very hard to pull out and shove in. Do you also check the faucets for this problem?

My hose came loose from the drain a few weeks ago and flooded my garage. I learned a lesson. Make sure that the washer hose is secured to the drain pipe! I loved the dog. It reminds me of my dog Jackson who we lost to cancer a year or so ago.

It's too bad you aren't closer to Salt Lake City. I know someone up there who has a locked-up garbage disposal. You may know him too.

I've often wondered about Section 8 renters. What exactly is Section 8. Who pays the rent for these people?

I have an older Sears refrigerator with an ice maker. Sometimes one of the ice cubes will have a tiny piece of what looks like paper in it. I installed an inline water filters, but that didn't help. I also replaced the incoming water line. But I still get a contaminated cube every now and then. Are you supposed to take the ice makers out and clean them every so often? What do you recommend?
