    Good video. In John 17:3, Jesus calls his Father, "the only true God." Jesus only claimed to be God's Son. (John 10:36) Philippians 2:6 says that Jesus “did not count equality with God a thing to be grasped,” (ESV) showing that Jesus was not equal to God.

      Because Philippians 2:5-9 says; “Philippians 2:5-7 (NKJV): Christ Jesus, who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men” Jesus who existed before he was born (John 1:1-3) was in the Form of God, and upon coming to earth (in his incarnation) took on the Form of bondservant coming in the likeness of Men. Confirmed by 1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV): “And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh,”

    Jesus is the only begotten son of God and primary creator of the world as recounted in Genesis, BUT They are two separate beings with a father-son relationship God is "heavenly father" because he created our spirits and jesus Christ is "father" effectively because he is a perfect mentor and creator of the world under his fathers direction They are only referred to as the same and one in the sense that they are the same in purpose because they are both perfect beings. So yes you should believe Jesus is a perfect being and a God, but not God as in Elohim, there is a clear distinction there and to say there is only on god goes against the accounts within the book of Abraham and the clarity in the scriptures that Jesus can do very similar things to God after proper preparation and teaching with perfect obedience while they are two separate entities.

    Its just trading one heresy for another. (Trading the Trinity doctrine for the Oneness doctrine.) I find it very interesting how people get so caught up in their religious sects that they can no longer determine the relationship between a "father" and a "son" and why they are referred to in these term throughout the entire gospels and letters. Are you and your father one person? Is your brother and you and your father a triune entity? Even a small child would understand the relationship if you were to tell them, "That one is the father and this one is the son." At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. ~ Matthew 11:25

      @@EmmanuelConundrum Trinity is an English word that describes the nature of God as revealed in scripture. Jesus is called God. The Holy Spirit is called God and the Father is called God in the scriptures. Yet it is also stressed time and again that there is one God. Though the English word Trinity is not used, it is an accurate description of the nature of God. E.g. Genesis 1:26 "Then God said, “Let Us make man in Our image, according to Our likeness; let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, over the birds of the air, and over the cattle, over all the earth and over every creeping thing that creeps on the earth.” God says let "Us" make man in "Our" image, showing there is more than one person involved here. Even in the Hebrew word translated "God" (אֱלֹהִים) ('ĕlōhîm) in this passage, we can see this. "Elohim" is the plural form of the singular "El" which speaks of one God. Elah is the plural for two. Elohim is the plural for three or more.

      The next verse Genesis 1:27 goes back to singularity, the writer of Genesis, in Deuteronomy 6:4, made sure that those who will try to demote Jesus to be the second person in the Godhead in the future are left without excuse, and Jesus himself made sure in Mark 12:29. Jesus is the very same One God of the universe that came in the flesh. Jesus is not a Demi God who came on earth as a Demi God, He is God Manifested in the flesh

People pervert the scriptures so much. There are countless scriptures that speak of Christ sitting on the right hand of God, being the mediator between us and God, Being an example of letting go of your will and doing the will of the father, being an example of having faith in God that he will deliver and exalt you in due time. This is nonsense. Beware of devilish doctrines such as these that deny Christ and the suffering that he endured to be an example for us before God the Father. Without him being a separate being there is no powerful example for us in the life we should live to please God. If it’s just God that left his throne from heaven then what example has been left for us? None. God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit are 3 beings that agree in one. @@EmmanuelConundrum Acts 7:59 does not prove your point. John 1:1 says that Jesus is God and was WITH God in the beginning. When the scripture says he called upon God saying Lord, Jesus receive my spirit it’s still accurate to say that he called upon Jesus which is God the son. Let’s read 1 Timothy 2:5 KJV: For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus; Jesus is a mediator BETWEEN God and men it says. God the Father will not be a mediator or go-between for himself. God the Father will not sit on the right hand of his own throne. God the Father would not be praying in anguish with sweat as drops of blood from the anguish (that same night was also cold when Peter was warming his hands by the fire which signifies the distress that Jesus was in while praying in the garden to God the Father). There is a great deal of mental gymnastics that must be performed to think that God the Father left his throne and became God the Son. God is not the author of confusion. That is confusion. Read the scripture plainly. And like I said previously, it seems like it’s not that big of a deal to most to get this right but it’s the very foundation of Christianity that Jesus lived as an example to us as to how we should hold on and have faith and obedience to God the Father who’s will is ultimate over all including Jesus Christ. Hence the reason he says that hour that he should return knoweth no man, not even the son except God the Father. It’s the foundation of Christianity.

Oops! God isn't eternal, according to you. He's quite mutable; He's changed in a very significant way (acquiring the characteristic of love). Instead, he used the Greek required to express the Trinity of Jesus is a separate person of God, but one God in nature.

      BACKGROUND 1. No doubt, Our God is One LORD, Mark 12:29. This One LORD is the Father, 1 Corinthians 8:6 2. No doubt, Jesus is the Son of God, let us say, Son of the Father. Matthew’s 16:16 3. Here is the Mystery of Godliness: 1 Timothy 3:16 (NKJV): 16 And without controversy great is the mystery of godliness: God was manifested in the flesh, Justified in the Spirit, Seen by angels, Preached among the Gentiles, Believed on in the world, Received up in glory. 4..the Mystery in number 3 above leaves us with, The One Father/God and One Begotten (Monogenes (μονογενής)) Son of God/Man Jesus Christ who walked this earth. 1 Timothy 2:5 (NKJV): 5 For there is one God and one Mediator between God and men, the Man Christ Jesus, CLARIFYING YOUR POINT: We have the Father who is God and the Son who is Man and Jesus being both, This is How: 1. Jesus came on earth in the flesh 1 John 4:2-3 (NKJV): 2 By this you know the Spirit of God: Every spirit that confesses that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is of God, 3 and every spirit that does not confess that Jesus Christ has come in the flesh is not of God. And this is the spirit of the Antichrist, which you have heard was coming, and is now already in the world. 2: before Jesus came in the Flesh he was in the Form of God and upon coming in the flesh he took the form of Bondservant coming in the likeness of Man Philippians 2:6-7 (NKJV): 6 who, being in the form of God, did not consider it robbery to be equal with God, 7 but made Himself of no reputation, taking the form of a bondservant, and coming in the likeness of men. 3. When the Son is done with the work that he was sent to accomplish he will return the Kingdom back to God, so God can be all in all 1 Corinthians 15:24-28 (NKJV): 24 Then comes the end, when He delivers the kingdom to God the Father, when He puts an end to all rule and all authority and power. 25 For He must reign till He has put all enemies under His feet. 26 The last enemy that will be destroyed is death. 27 For “He has put all things under His feet.” But when He says “all things are put under Him,” it is evident that He who put all things under Him is excepted. 28 Now when all things are made subject to Him, then the Son Himself will also be subject to Him who put all things under Him, that God may be all in all. I hope my explanation helps, don’t hesitate or think you are bordering me to seek further clarity.

      @@EmmanuelConundrum who came forth FROM the Father? A human or His eternal Son? The point Jesus is making is that His relationship to the Father precedes time. In order for the Father to be a Father, He needs to have a Son otherwise God the Father has not always been the Father. Micah 5:2 (NKJV): 2 “But you, Bethlehem Ephrathah, Though you are little among the thousands of Judah, Yet out of you shall come forth to Me The One to be Ruler in Israel, Whose goings forth are from of old, From everlasting.” This ruler is Jesus from everlasting, who has no beginnings nor ending, the first and the last, the Alpha and Omega, the Almighty, is not just referring to one the Man Christ Jesus who was has a birthday or death day, (remember Jesus is both God and Man, both Spirit and Flesh, both the Father and the Son,) 2. The Spirit of Christ, which is the spirit of God, which is Holy Spirit, which is God is the one that came forth from the Father, is not Flesh or the Son that came from the Farther. Remember we have One Spirit and One Body Ephesians 4:4 (NKJV): 4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; The very same Spirit of Christ go back to the Father, and this very same spirit of Christ, spirit of God, Holy Spirit dwells in us. @@EmmanuelConundrum *There is nothing like eternal Son,* Let's try this again. John‬ ‭16:27‭-‬32‬ "for the Father Himself loves you, because you have loved Me, and have believed that **I came forth from God.** Did Jesus begin to exist at Bethlehem? No one has seen God at any time. The only begotten Son, who is in the bosom of the Father, He has declared Him. John 1:18. Was the Son in the bosom of the Father prior to the incarnation? If we go with your interpretation, the Son only refers to the human nature and that is not the meaning of what "Son of God" means. This is a divine title. *but this doesn’t mean he existed as the Son, for the same Jesus was the Spirit form, the word, then he became flesh and dwelt among us (John 1:1)* In order for Jesus to come down from heaven, He had to have had preexistence. What your explanation does is cause Jesus to change from one thing to another. Again, if the Father is eternally a Father, by extension, He has an eternal Son who comes forth from and is in His bosom from eternity. Psalm 2:7 is a messianic Psalm about David and applied to Jesus. Notice in verse 6 it says "“Yet I have set My King On My holy hill of Zion.” The use of "Son" here refers to the messianic kingship of Jesus. So no, it does not confirm the "principles" you laid out. Micah 5:2 makes it unequivocally clear the "ruler" is from everlasting, meaning Jesus is eternal and existed before His birth at Bethlehem. John the Baptist echoes this in John 1:15. *is not just referring to one the Man Christ Jesus who was has a birthday or death day, (remember Jesus is both God and Man, both Spirit and Flesh, both the Father and the Son,)* You are confusing nature and person. The Word, who is Jesus, the Son, preexisted and then took on humanity. There is one person who does this action, the Logos. There is no human who then becomes conscious as a separate person. There is not one verse that says the Father was begotten as the Son, not one! *The Spirit of Christ, which is the spirit of God, which is Holy Spirit, which is God is the one that came forth from the Father, is not Flesh or the Son that came from the Farther.* First thing here; we do not believe the Father begat a human person. The Father GAVE His only Son who took upon flesh by the power of the Holy Spirit. Jesus derives His divinity from the Father and His humanity from Mary. Secondly, Jesus is not the Holy Spirit. In John 16:13-15, there is communication between the Son and Holy Spirit. Notice the words "He (the Holy Spirit) will not speak on His own, but only what He hears." Who is the Holy Spirit hearing from? Verse 14: "He will glorify Me, for He will take of what is Mine and declare it to you." Pretty clear here.

He was referring to the Holy Spirit John 14:18 "I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you." 3. Romans 8:9-11 "But ye are not in the flesh, but in the Spirit, if so be that the Spirit of God dwell in you. Now if any man have not the Spirit of Christ, he is none of his."

    It seems that you have been misunderstood about the meaning of Malakh in Malakh YHWH's case. Like I said in my comments before, even Jacob addressed The LORD as The Angel. And when you quotes Jesus when He said He will go to The Father, His God, you need to know too that The Father addressed The Son as GOD too in Hebrew 1:8. The Father is not The Son. No he didn’t, he specifically teaches that he is the only way to salvation and that he is God in the form of man. The holy trinity is still only one. It’s just 3 in 1. Same thing as if you had a huge cake but you sliced it into many pieces. It’s still one cake, but you made multiple pieces out of one.

  • @innocentmwesigye5398
    @innocentmwesigye5398 10 місяців тому

    My brother, this is not a deception. It is true that Mary is the Mother of God because Jesus is God the Son. The Holy Trinity is made up of three Persons, God the Father, God the Son and God the Holy Spirit. The three also are known as one God. Jesus was there before from eternity as God the Son and He descended and was Incarnate in the womb of Mother Mary and received flesh from Her. Jesus is true God and true Man. These two identities are His and any one of them cannot be taken away from Him. This is really straight forward unless you don't believe in the Holy Trinity. Even the Gospel of John you have quoted says it clearly that in the beginning the Word already existed, the Word was with God and the Word was God (John 1:1). The Word is Jesus Christ who is God the Son. When you also read John 16:28, it says " yes, I came from the Father into the world, and now I will leave the world and return to the Father". John 17:5 also says " now Father bring me into the Glory we shared before the world began". This is Lord Jesus Christ Himself speaking of this Glory He shared with the Father which confirms also what was spoken in John 1:1 that He was there and is God. So know that Mother of God no doubt. Give Her the maximum reverence as Mother of God. She is also our Mother

      Sure I don’t believe in the Holy Trinity, John 16:28 and John 17:5 I hope to address on one of my upcoming videos, Just point of correction, John 1:1 does not say the word was God the Son, rather it was the Word was God,,,,,and I’m sure you will not want to separate the word and God because that will lead you to two God. The Son of God who is God manifested in the flesh took on this title when he was born, This we find in Luke 1:35
