15:34 That’s mad where the snow drops off the bar after Masters nearly breaks it. Love the memory of that midweek 3-0 v Blues. I’m from Brum and had to get a proper shitty train home after. We were all piled into the mail carriages, no seats, absolutely freezing. I was only 15 and surrounded by loads of moody Bluenoses miffed about the result. One of them clocked my scarf, pointed and gave me a nod and a wink as if to say “I’d hide that if I were you”. No way they would play that game nowadays. Like the Bolton game earlier in the footage which wrecked the pitch for the season. 30 years ago man. Where does the time go. Everything changes but supporting Wolves will always remain. Love that I made that choice.
Still got that Wolves top. In good nick considering it’s 30 years old.
We’ve got Micky Micky Stowell in that goal in that goal. Loved those days.
1:50:18 song name?
The era that Wolverhampton Wanderers will never get back
The worlds greatest football club. 🐺🇬🇧
The real Glory years 1937 to about 1963 which they fly past there is stacks of footage of wolves in particular 55 to 63 alot BBC archive so whoever this is made by doesn't want to touch there footage, rest of it ok
Only one bully the best for wovles come on wovles brilliant
love it
Great video 🧡🖤
does anyone have any video footage of the pre-season friendly against Barcelona on the 1st August 98? I'm doing a piece on it would really appreciate it.
Brilliant
I love this era in wolves history the Andy Mutch , Stevie Bull era , even though Wolves were in lower divisions it’s the most exciting period for wolves , great times
Omg i was born on this day 1:42:30 i feel old, wanted to see the atmosphere of the day. Probably crying at hospital when they played crewe
He is someone really special. A loyal wonderful clubman. The enjoyment he has given Wolves fans over the years will never be surpassed. We,the fans salute you.
I always got the impression that Taylor was hated by the press because of his england tenure. I wasnt born when he had his success with Lincoln and watford the first time, but i know what he did with Watford in the 90s and back to back promotions. Heard a lot of players speak highly of Taylor on podcasts and Don Goodman always said they should have stuck with Taylor

I love that a Southampton player was absolutely cleaned out by the defender and the ref just says indirect free kick lol. Proper football.
One of the greatest British strikers ever , a legend, and his partnership with Andy Mutch was class , Andy had the skill & tricks and was perfect for Steve’s goal instincts….
Ask Steve Bull about Dave Posey who played for Oxford United youth. I like Steve Bull like Kevin Hector of Deby and Toomy Tynan for us totally underrated.
Happy birthday bully!
Thanks for posting.brilliant.👍👍
John Richards was my Favourite player.
Miss those days😢 wolves were brilliant but all the other clubs had great players and characters too,,what a time ,,,,they could play aswell ! Coyw
This was a time when football players were real men and didn’t throw themselves on the floor when tackled
They've played at Molineux since 1889 and previous to that played at Dudley Road from 1881 - 1898. But the club were formed in 1877 and I've been trying to find out where they originally played at before Dudley Road? Does anyone know the exact dates and grounds they played at? The video mentions Gold Thorn Hill and John Harpers Field but with no dates. I can't find anything on Google so appreciate any help anyone can give, thanks ~~
stevey bulls a tatter he wears a tatters hat! he played for wolverhampton and he is a f´ing t-wat
Doog. JR. KENNY there was also a ref they called Mr Pickwick i.e Roger Kirkpatrick class act
JR and the Dog what a partnership up front wish we had em now
Just spent a lovely time remembering WWFC MAGIC
They don't make them like that anymore. Loyal to the bone. A living legend. We will never forget you Bully. Wolverhampton Wanderers, a very special football club.
Unique in football, loyal, hardworking and a gentleman. He could have gone anywhere, but he only wanted to play for Wolverhampton Wanderers. A legend to us and one of the lads. Xxx
What a great watch! Amazing history of this club! 🙌
Unlucky that season Froggatt got injured with that nasty challenge against reading away and tony daily was out all season with them two all season we would of got enough points to catch middlesbrough who finished top that year
He deserved a go in the top flight wish he could of got there with us. What a player
Notice, hardly any players celebrated a goal scored by Dougan? Must be something behind his nickname of Thrush…..
? ........please explain.
Hugh Johns commentating. He had the biggest hands in football……😉👍
wolves probably the biggest under achievers of the 70s especially when you look at the players & teams they had over that period ,should of won alot more .
How I wish we wore that colour shirt these days. REAL Old Gold.
watford is not in london its in hertfordshire and sunderland fans are makhams not geordies
Love this football from the seventies 🖤🧡 respect from a guy 63 years 🇩🇰🇬🇧
What a great video I watch Wolves in danish tv in the seventies 👍 they won 1-0 against sunderland in the first match they shown in tv 🐺🧡🖤
hiya, do you have the Paul Birch Testamonial from Villa Park been trying to find it for years
We were brilliant away fron home that season but i think we only won 6 at home, that palace play off was heartbreaking but home leg was prob best atmosphere iv been at since my first wolves game in 92
Wolverhampton wanderers, class team
Wow, never even knew this existed, great watch thanks, just goes to show how far the club has come since 1989.
Yes Fabulous Wanderers, we hope all future players watch this and let the history, achievements & pride of our great club run through them & ignite a burning desire within our team to have these fantastic times again. ✨⭐🧡🖤⭐✨
We had a good side that year but it all fell apart
