The first answer is 'Narrow' (narrow teeth, narrow eyes, narrow minded) and the second is 'Bone' ('Humorous but never funny' refers to the humerus bone which is also called the funny bone and a doctor aids a patient when they break their bones). He's basically giving her clues to where Penguin is i.e. in The Narrows with Lee

Bruh this was four years ago but i just want you guys to know sarah is wrong... the anwser is "sawbone" which is basically a doctor aka lee I can be done with the teeth, the eyes of the mind "saw with your teeth" Saw as in you saw something with the eyes of your mind And the humorous bone To make the word Sawbone

@i3369 you are incorrect. the answer is narrow. Sawbone doesnt tell her where penguin is, how many doctors are in gotham city. However, Narrow represents a district within gotham, the narrows. The second riddle "i can be humorous but never funny" is directly playing on the funny bone and its real name being the humorous. The termonology Humorous bone is largely only used by doctors and medical staff. you can make your teeth narrow, your eyes narrow, and have a narrow mind. each answer is singular narrow, which when put together could make the non-singular Narrows. put it all together and it says The penguin is with a doctor in the narrows. and theres only one well known doctor in the narrows. your answer "saw" and then "bone" doesnt fulfill the requirements of telling her where penguin is, which based on the riddlers reaction he honestly believes he is telling her Penguins actual location. on top of this Saw does not properly answer this riddle, Sure you can saw with your teeth and your eyes saw something in the past however Saw with the eyes of your mind are flimsy at best. especially when compared to narrow teeth, narrow eyes and having a narrow mind. on top of this the Narrow Mind part of this answer is quite literally a dig at sofia being narrow minded and not understanding his riddles. TLDR Sawbone as an answer tells us nothing of the location of the doctor penguin is with. however the answer Narrow gives us an exact location, the lack of medical clinics within this location tells us the exact person he is with too.
