Oil works a little better for removing dye from your skin than peroxide. Olive oil, grapeseed, apricot... pretty much any oil.

I’m starting today for the second time!! Can’t wait because I love the way I feel afterwards but I did see that sipping every 4-8 oz every 15 mins helps with the cramping. Also to help is to drink one 32 oz completely before starting to drink the other one and to start the second one at least 1 hr after you finish first one, this will help with stomach aches.
