Maybe this is a better description synchronisation is the ability to keep the props at the same RPM within limits of about 20 RPM. Syncrophasing is to align each prop at a certain phase to that they do not run at the exact phase. Normally when one prop is at the top at lets say 12 o'clock or at 0 degrees then the othe prop should be just behind it at about 2 o'clock or 40 degrees. They should not be in the same phase and by doing all of these you reduce the vibration and noise caused by between the relative air flow and the chordline or angel of attack.

About 40 years ago I needed to design a boat propeller for a fast heavy boat and so I walked to the countryside to watch the birds and then looked up my own experience in fishing and remembered the fins on fish. All wings on birds and fins on fish have boat their leading and trailing edges raking backwards at the tips. So that is what I did and it turned out to be an excellent propeller. The propeller at 2:48 uses the same tips I used 40 years ago. I made air and water propellers and turbines and compressor and fan blades and it seems so logical to copy what nature did before us. I just do not understand why aircraft designer did not do that. Interesting enough, I do not like the wing tips of the famous Spitfire as if one looks carefully, nature never produced a wing tip like that, and in fact the Spitfire had a high speed stall and that tip was never used again on famous fighters like the Mustang and the ME 109.
