Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes I bought the same, EFLG130. I enlarged it to fit the main leg of 3.5mm. But the retract has no hexagonal screw to tighten the leg to the retract, which is weird. All 3 are the same, no way to secure the gear. I was wondering if I am missing something, never saw something like that :)

@@sarpyalgin2360 mate - take another look. The fact you drilled it out doesn't really matter - it would have to old in a spline via a grub screw and I'm positive of that. Suffering with a NY eve hangover here otherwise I'd pop into the shed and check for you. Will do later. For now though................... put it down and walk away! ;-)

yes - about 10 years ago. Nowadays? No. Go for an OMP Evo 2 or Goosky S2. Far more reliable, more robust and better flybarless learning system. Absolutely no question of that.

Thanks for the quick response, I’ve been calling around and none of local hobby stores carry omp or goosky I got a rough idea on the pricing but I’d rather buy from a local store if possible. I’ll have to call around Monday some more, thanks again

Hi Andrew. Not really TBH. I came from Spektrum and to be frank the security of knowing receivers aren't cloned shyte was the main reason for me. However, I do think the quality of the Futaba transmitters are just a bit better - they 'feel' weighty and full of tech, unlike spektrum which is full of plastic and antiquated display systems. VBar - feels a toy to me but more than most, prefer it for obvious integration FBL features. The 760 is only flown by one member and again, to be frank, 'he thinks' he can tell the difference and that's good enough for me but, most people just wouldn't shell out that sort of money for a FBL system which is on the outside, complex, unpopular and fairly deep into the Futaba brand. Futaba Transmitters are also in my view wayyy over priced but.................. if you fly jets and planes as well then undoubtedly you get your money's worth. For us Heli Pilots, it's just overkill and that includes scale. Bottom line? I don't regret the move to Futaba but wouldn't jump in with the 760R or even the 770R - it just isn't documented enough despite the odd person throwing themselves into understanding it. Futaba is expensive but needn't be for the Heli Pilots. 7 Channels is more than enough.

Thanks for the comments , but I actually changed my mind last week and have invested in a new Spirit Wave and a W1 , will let you know how things go but so far there’s more of a Quality feel compared to the My First Radio feel if the VControl .

@@andrewkirby4495 excellent choice - I've never liked the VBar control or their touch - i use their FBL systems for the rationale already shared but thats not to say that i don't move away from those either - being honest, I absolutely despise Mikado and their ethic but, it 'is' better as a system than Microbeast or beastX and ultimately, that's where i started. I may delve into 760R, the Nexus or even a complete change to Spirit like yourself. Who knows? Choice is a lovely thing! Enjoy pal.

@@HeliShedHave you done any Rotorflight 2 setups, or heard anything locally? I just did one with a NEXUS and RP3-H (elrs) on an M4 Max. I'm curious to put the feelers out though being a relatively new setup, mostly as I'm also looking to pickup a strike 6.1 and set that up the same way.

@hukedonfonix1671 simulator was a litteral God send for me. First time flying my own helicopter I was doing flips and rolls because of 100s of hours of Sim it makes such a Difference, my starter heli is a SAB mini Comet
