This is not an illegal immigrant hotel these are not illegal immigrants these are called refugees. In the U.K. you can get to this country any way you can and legally claim asylum. It’s not just legal it’s required of them to get here as they cannot start the process until they are on U.K. soil. Once here you are given the status of refugee until the home office proves or disproves your asylum claim. An illegal immigrant is someone who comes to this country without declaring their presence at all or who comes here legally but stays after their work visa has expired.
