Why a Mozart symphony as a music bed for an ad promoting a ballet set to Bach keyboard music?

I listened to this concerto on the radio and LOVED it. Does anybody know where can I get a recording? (No luck in Amazon/Spotify/Google.)

Video clips like this can't attract anyone except for those who are already familiar with the ballet. It's meaningless.

@loulie1997 Yes, it is rather misleading to have a Mozart piece being played for an excerpt that is highlighting Tchaikovsky's Swan Lake music ^_^ And you are very welcome!
