100 days played never built a base, if you play on console I’m sure you heard of the many glitches and exploits. Especially with server hopping

I had a huge faction once, it got so big I couldn't invest the time to lead it anymore. after a couple months of ghosting some of my mates I logged in and went back to our massive base. It was all decayed half the walls were missing and there was still some crates and stuff left over. The group fell apart without me, Sorry I let you down boys

Or just base in the large industrial building with the big blue door problem solved.

It just takes the fun out of the game lol. I enjoy all the aspects of the game. Building, pvp, exploring, ect...

spent a month building up a base, only for someone to boost in and log in it, i opened the gates that fed into my outer courtyard and there he stood, the man who would dismantle the home i'd poured my life into, he shot me in the chest, left me bleeding in the dirt, the only thing i saw when i woke up was his shotgun barrel stuffed in my face, he wanted me to remember him.

I dont care for base building. I just get a fresh spawn and see how long I can make it going from town to town, interaction to interaction. I've enjoyed the game way more that way.
