For sizing the Anoxic tank, why is the design SALR higher when the target % removal is higher?
I have downloaded the spreadsheet. I think it will be good to add a part for the sizing of Pre Anoxic denitrification tank and NO3 recycle flow calculation in the Excel Spreadsheet.

For a town, you will need a very large area to build the CW (considering a highly populated region). If this is not a constraint, you can consider it as an option.

I think here is some mistake or maybe I am wrong,, I do not think there is any need for a secondary clarifier with MBBR. So the flow scheme seems wrong!
Hello dear, All MBBR schemes are followed by a clarifier, that is designed differently from the activated sludge process. Water definitely needs to be clarified through sedimentation after the MBBR stages.

Hello dear, Ideally a hydraulic profile should be made for the WWTP. Wetlands are placed under the soil level and the effluent is collected through a perforated pipe.

@@rny280You might need a pump if gravity won't work (depending on the Hydraulic Profile). For industries, wetlands are not the best option. It might be used as a tertiary treatment. Always make sure that the entering flow to the wetland has very low TSS and FOG

I have a relatively simple residential aerobic surface spray disposal project that requires an uphill equalization tank to pump downhill too a dip then uphill then overall downhill to an ATU (equalization tank for uphill exist house to new downhill accessory house ATU). I’m definitely aerating eq tank now. I’ve never had to do that before. Now I know how to dose the downhill three chamber ATU. Thank you!! You’re a great teacher!!!
