If nothing else, I wish transparency was required. Arizona passed a bill in 2022 that requires wholesalers to disclose in writing that they're wholesale buyers. I'd love to see more states follow suit. Thanks for checking out the video!

I can think of one! Sell or loose the entire house. Not rocket science. If you do not know the sellers situation then you cannot fully speak on this topic because you lack understanding! Let’s be real, “Your concern is your commission”.
