Does the sunrise model go into sleep mode?

Love my stress less chair. We have the head rest which is adjustable. We are all tall and need the extra height. Is there anyway to keep it extended up? Every time I sit up in it the headrest goes back to the original height. Is there anyway to lock it

Gosh! I've had mine since 2011 and never knew it could go flat! Wanting to get the Consul Signature but cannot find a swivel laptop table which will attach to the side of the chair like the one I have presently for my Classic Consul. Do you know a make/model I could use please? Thank you.

My stressless recliner with foot rest has a habit of randomly folding the footrest in while I'm sitting in the chair. How Do I stop it doing that?

I purchased a Stressless chair from Facebook Marketplace for $900 two years ago and love it. The only thing missing from the chair is the ability to eat in the chair or read a book. This table solves both problems. Thanks for this detailed video. I'm sure you have helped 1000s of Stressless chair owners decide to buy one of these accessories.

I find my stressless puts my back into extension rather than flexion which is not comfortable for me and my physio jas said his causing problems. I have a small which is the correct size. I have to put a pillow under my legs to stop my spine being compressed. Help! What am i doing wrong?

Has anyone's table developed a super load creaking/squeaking noise whenever moving the arm? We think it's an issue with the bearing at the top of the vertical arm. Tried some silicone spray but that hasn't done anything. Any ideas anyone?

Why does our Wing Stressless chair not swivel freely?

I inherited 2 almost new stressless recliners and if they didn't look so decorative I would have gotten rid as I just could not get comfortable in them, as they barely reclined and I felt like I had my chin on my chest. In desparation I turned to the internet and was amazed to find this very helpful video, but what I want to know is why on earth are these instructions not available on buying the very expensive recliners, I have the origional paperwork, these cost £1800.00 each. Which I personally wouldn't have paid, but for that I would expect to know how to use them.

Brilliant video - many thanks. May I add that depressing the button and turning the table (at 08:19) required a *lot* of force. I had to depress the button with a flat-bladed screwdriver, which produced a pop as though the button had been sealed with varnish or similar.

Our chairs were just delivered and they are very firm and kind of uncomfortable. Is this normal? They don't feel anything like the chairs in the store.

How do you buy the elevator base for a small classic base stressless recliner?

Only one thing I feel is lacking with this furniture is a Vegan fabric or equivalent leather.

Really helpful video for me! Btw Im 6'2" 200lbs. Also for anyone reading, Stressless office chairs only come in size medium and not all chair models are available as office chairs. I found the View to be most comfortable in a medium. The adjustable pillow headrest can be removed, which I think I'll prefer to do when I sit upright for work. The pillow will go back in when I want to recline and relax.
