No not really it does worry Crystal a bit more then myself but we both feel that if we think about it too much it will stop us from getting out there and doing what we enjoy. Yeah, we were very surprised. We probably should have let some more air out of the tyres, they were down to 15 but it always pays to go lower in soft sand. It was a very nose heavy trailer, especially behind the Prado.

I thnk what happened with your winch is when you were pulling it out in freespool at the end it went too fast n bird nested the cable then u engaged the clutch and started winching and so it bound the rope up on the drum , you have to keep pulling it n winch in and out to get it out n straight again, not sure why it sparked tho ?

oh so the motor or gear casing broke from the cable ??

@@brentmcd12 yeah unfortunately didn't realise it had birds nested when i started winching back in and with the wire cable it ended up cracking the back housing of the winch and then the cable ended up arcing out on the terminal but didn't break the motor and was able to re-spool it on and use it later on and the back of the housing is replaceable. Something i will be sure to look out for next time 👍🏻.

Yes, I definitely know the Jocheim name! It would have been a great place to grow up. So happy we can share it with our kiddos. Dingo beach is amazing also. So many amazing places to see around Bowen and the Whitsundays other than Airlie beach and Hamilton island.

@@IntrepidLifestyleProject I haven’t been to the property since my grandparents passed away in 2004 and it was unfortunately sold.. I’m married with 4 kidlets now and have made contact with Colleen. I’ve always wanted to take my family there and now it’ll be a reality.. I think it’ll be a little emotional
