Slowly learning to take videos of my outdoor adventures... I love riding motorcycles. But I also will try to capture videos of fishing, hiking and riding our S×S.
i didn't love it!
Took an Indian pursuit for a test ride today. Honestly I didn't love it.

I rode my 2020 Harley road glide limited to the top of mt Washington. Hung out a bit then rode back down.. hope you enjoy the video!

Rode the bdr-x loop in pa. Everything went well, lots of water flowing from all of the rain. Saw lots of turkeys and deer. Gotta get out there and keep my skills up. Hopefully you enjoy the video.

Thats a nice bike. They do make a reduced reach seat and bars. That would probably help with the "being short" problem. I've found the windscreens on Indian almost always need to be changed to a size that better suits the rider. I was torn between the Challenger/Pursuit and the Chieftain/Roadmaster. I ended up going with the Chieftain based on the Icon color available in 2022 only. I'm not disappointed with my bike.. its a really sweet ride.
@@randomstuffwithjoe it definitely got some get up and go. Handles nice. If I was in the market I would definitely have to check more into it... I wouldn't be able to make a decision based on the short ride that I took it on.
Mall of Georgia Indian Motorcycle in Buford Ga. Allows you to rent one. I can’t find another dealer that close to me that will rent out Indians.
@@benjaminfishburn6114 definitely take it for a ride if you get a chance.. it ran really well. I just couldn't stand the wind. But my buddy said he didn't notice it.

It would definitely be a great place to go during Friday and Saturday night. There's not a whole lot that goes on in the whole town the rest of the week.

Thanks. The audio isn't the greatest because I just have the GoPro mounted to the front of my helmet. I don't have any external microphone or anything like that. So I try to adjust the volume when editing so that there's not a lot of motor noise. I really like the T7 also. Thanks for watching & commenting.

Thanks. I used a tripod for most of it. But yes. It definitely felt like it ran better afterwards.
Nice bike, fun roads. I have ridden a lot of up there on ATVs and SxS in the past, going to take my Pan Am up there this spring/summer!

No. Just went as regular guests.
Planning on doing this run next year about June time frame. Just broke in my husky 701. Was born and raised around Lock Haven area but live in Fl now. I am looking forward to this trip.
Would be a great time to do it. A lot of it is wooded and it's nice & cool in the woods. It was so much fun doing it. I'm looking forward to doing more BDR routes next year.

Thanks. Yes. Figuring out how to do your own maintenance definitely does save money.... surprisingly this video did not. I do try a little harder to turn off background music because my videos are constantly getting "dinged". I was worried about it at first. But for the 30-40 views that I get I kinda quit worrying about it since I'm not making any money at it. I find it amusing because I can do Instagram, Facebook reels with any music I want without any issues. But if there's a slight sound of music in UA-cam videos they give you a copyright violation. Thanks for watching & commenting on the video. I appreciate it.

Hi. What do you call those drink bottles you had. Can’t wait to go here in a couple of months.
We just called them our sippy cups. Lol. They were just cheap Walmart cups. Something to keep drinks cold. I definitely recommend something like them. Otherwise they just give you a small plastic cup. Enjoy your trip!

I'm new to the state forest roads also . I've been using Gaia maps. I'm from the Altoona area. looking for some to ride with also.
I've been thinking about putting up flyers at roundhouse and try to get a ride organized for some afternoon/evening to get some people with adventure bikes to go for a ride in the galitzen area. Maybe meet at the gas station across from Sir Barney's. Lots of people are buying adventure bikes and don't know where to ride off-road... But I don't know that area up there. I'm going to have to do some exploring up that way.

Yup. That's not the price everywhere. But in Maine they're cheaper cause it's only a few miles from where they harvest them. I try to make a trip up the every couple of years. But lately it's actually been every year. Lol

Lucky you. The snow is pretty much gone in most places now. But it's been in the teens at night.

We actually went for rockfish. But caught quite a few catfish also. The water where we were is a saltwater/freshwater mix.
