The ladies were classy back then. What's stopping ladies in wearing comfortable dresses today?
practicality? people nowadays are always in a rush so they tend to grab the first thing that comes out in the cabinet, media influence or sometimes trends, or just plainly personal preference

Bastos bawal respeto sa bayani💢
Its a small, if somehow meaningless consolation to be colonized. Unlike the Germans who did not want to make subservient of the jews, they simply annihilated them. They were more like Satan than humans.

when Philippines was a US territory
I think 🤔.. Is Paraguay.. Philippines is Mountains Civilization..
I think.. Manila in 1920 is Paraguay and not Philippines.. Philippines is talkin about Mountains Province of America.. Kalesa and Rolls Royce Car from Buendia..
One of those that destroyed Manila was the American military. They bomeb the whole of Manila in believing that there were still remaining Japanese soldiers hiding within the premises of government buildings. The Americans had to bombed the whole of Manila for these Japanese to come out and surrender. All that is beautiful in the city was utterly destroyed. Fortunately some edifices were spared and are still standing today.
