Jaya's life changed from ordinary to extraordinary when she learnt to "Ascend" with The Bright Path in 2001.
Ascending is a style of meditation which effortlessly connects you to being present, but also to realizing the divine beauty of Now.
Since then she has practiced and realized the mind is the blockage to all our problems. Seeing the thoughts and habits, can change your life... and then fun, freedom, love and a compassionate view on the world is naturally yours.
She became a Monk of the Ishayas of The Bright Path and has taught in over 20 countries how to find your Way.
She loves keeping it real, proving that enlightenment is for everyone, and that life is meant to be lived in wonder.
The Path to your enlightenment is yours, however support, guidance and inspiration comes from all around us, if you look for it.

Reality -- there is no problem now
