Yeah, I'm a sucker for kicker endings! 😄 I see! Have you had someone show you how it's done or a good video tutorial? When I started, for example, I thought the second card I culled should go above the first one etc, when in reality it should go below it. Basically you clamp up with the first card you culled and let the next one slide below it. Once you get the knack it's actually easier to cull the second, third etc. I've been thinking I should make a tutorial for a long time but it's one of those moves where there are many aspects to cover so I haven't gotten around to it yet, but I will. Perhaps that will help 🙂

@@4suits Yes at the start even I thought the card is supposed to go above the next one, bit after watching some tutorials I came to know it goes to the bottom. But I haven't been able to find a detailed tutorial on this topic 😔

Yeah, I remember seeing this for the first time and it blew my mind 🤯 I know what you mean, it's a hard balance for me sometimes too, should I "specialise" in one field to become really good at that specific thing or should I do multiple things? I'm personally most passionate about cards (especially sleight of hand) but I do like learning other things as well, some coins and ropes and stuff. Some years ago I even did some cups and balls and sponge balls etc on the street 😄

Hi! I understand, and there are plenty of amazing self working tricks to do that doesn't require a lot of hand dexterity. Is it really a “self working” trick though? Was the original just a set up with a bunch of weird looking mathy procedures up to the reveal? This version at least is definitely more of a small packet setup with standard slights and moves. Even the setup can probably be done with slights during an appropriate trick prior.

I don't think he meant that this is a self working trick. The point was rather that self working tricks are good, but by knowing some sleights you can take it to the next level and learn tricks such as this one 🙂👍
