Dear in ur earlier value u r considering mean gpm like 20100 gpm (overhhead tank) and undrground tank capacity was 1207296 gpm so it is not 1/3 of undrground tank capacity. Which we have to follow this one or that one with peak factor method . Thansk
How did u know 0.33 bar pressure for each floor without booster pump? Any formula ot refrence, somewhere u me tioned 0.433psi per feet and here 0.33 bar per floor. Plz clarify

allowable pressure drop calculated 2.46 psi, approximated 2.5 psi/100 ft length.on the video you explained for 18.48 gpm with the table of 1 1/4 but in the table you added 1 1/2", in that sense its falling below the allowable friction loss of 2.5 psi.meaning, we have to contain the pressure loss below the alloeable friction loss, not 5 psi /100 feet length you early mentioned. But on 206.4 wsfu, corresponding 48.09 gpm the pressure drop value exceed 2.5 psi, and itvwas 2.71 psi though it s less than 5 psi.. Clarify me, that pressure drop in this case must below 2.5 psi/100 ' , From our allowable friction loss calculation or thumb rule of below 5 psi/100'...

Yes You need to consider the largest dimensions, it is the estimate of sheet used for duct fabrication.

For plenum height, other than false ceiling you need to select flexible duct size, length will be according your grill length.

By heat load calculation & selection of AC unit. I only assume this CFM, to explain selection of grill. different types of rooms may have different CFM, as per their use and project conditions.
