Problems are helping us to grow! Believe God is leading us to solve problems. Problem is where we ride to become all that God has called us to be. #2 Problems give way t solutions of benefit to others When problems come look at what can we produce out of this problem? There’re problems exists to solve! God called us to solve problem problems not to make more problems! -See the problem as God sees! -When you don’t find solution to problem what do you do? Listening/wait God! What is God’s Red Sea solution? What’s the other side? We’re stuck for a reason to go to the throne of God and ask what’s the next things? #3 Problem offers us to solution will launch us into the next level of success -the solution becomes empower others -Don’t tell me how smart you are, show me what you’ve done, show me what problems you’ve solved and what great solutions that you’ve come up with that helped others people. #5 People first, NOT Projects -Make sure program and projects don’t take our focus away from building people -If we build people, they will taking care of projects -People are legacy NOT buildings -Invest and support people because people that have a call and a purpose of God -Focus is where we put our money where we invest (where you heart is where you spent your money) -Investment is developing people -We aren’t called to lead projects or programs, we’re called to lead people -Building people is what we do -“Programs and Projects are there to serve the growth of the people”. -Connection/Relationship with people is the key 🔑 -Because of focusing on the people, we’re willing to change anything in anytime -Making more Policies and Procedures won’t help people, people are guided by their hearts -Distracting Project is Protecting lands and building over the years, now those things becomes more important than building next generation of people, seriously? Seems like Church building is more important than people, this is very distracting! -300 years from now what’s going to be left, the people that we build Thank you so much Dad, Bishop Rich and P Bec!
