yo, what if i want multiple routing rule sets, like i want to automate to queue priority based on 3 different SLAs but you can only have one routing rule active at a time? Is it possible to do what i'm speaking of? Customers with bronze entitlements go to bronze queue, silver entitlements go to silver queue, so on and so fourth?

Is it mandatory to click 'Save n Route' post case creation to route the case? What if I only hit save? Will routing rule set trigger or not?
if you're worried about the user not hitting the button, you can also customize the ribbon and hide the normal "Save" and "Save and Close" buttons

How on earth did you pull in the email address?
