I like the second shooters apparel and fire stick. ****+ What I notice not only in this hunt but most is the disparity in UN-uniform clothing, esp PH in white shorts, shirt or baseball cap while the guides and trackers for the most part are in OD. Maybe I'm too military but to me anything less than sniper gear to fit the environment is less than the best try. Esp White anything, that includes the truck. You see those in Iraq and Afghanistan how did that work out.

Great, that they found the croc at the end! What is was thinking the whole time: It should be a very easy task for a very basic fishing sonar, to find the corc in hours, if not minutes... Today you get devices, for " a few bucks", which can be casted with a rod and the signal goes to your smartphone.

I have seen far more bigger crocs on the Masai Mara river, some I believe weighted more than a 1 000 kilos. They are incredibly massive.

Gigantic is a bit more than 14' in Nile Crocs. Average is still really dangerous though. Some hunters apparently used a harpoon with a short barbed treble prong head for recovering them for skins. Feel around for them with the blank pole, once located then put the head on & stick it. Since some apparently lay doggo when prodded and alive, it would have made for entertaining watching someone else doing that in rubber duck. The difference between a pole prod and being impaled on a harpoon was something to wake them up, & closer acquaintance could lose ts appeal a bit.
