This channel will display Cardio Line Dances. Some of the line dances will be originals, and others will be covers (created by someone else). We offer beginner, intermediate, and advanced line dance classes. Most of our dances are senior and kid friendly. Our main focus in our classes are to get people moving and having fun. We will make mistakes sometimes; we will also joke around and have our silly moments, which shows that we are real people. We have been part of the Line Dance Community since 2017, and we have made it our mission to spread joy and love through the art of line dancing.

I haven't danced in 3years since i broke my legs. I'm going to do this. .I use to dance at ymc Only thing I hate when person teaching ...yes they know it 😢😅 but they Go to fast. Do that when you not teaching Plezzzz

This video right here doesn't have any instructional notes in it because everyone got the steps, and they didn't need or want any instructions!!!
