Hi CirceEnchants. We decided to post a video that would aid most gym patrons gain mobility and range of motion. None of these exercises are used for our strength portion or cardio portion of classes. We don't have any plans to post any Strength or Cardio orientated exercises on UA-cam at the moment but we have posted more complex exercises in the past on our Instagram page: offthegridfit or Facebook page or you can just try one of our classes out in person (we have beginner, intermediate, and more advance class options).
