Where I buy I try to get one I just can find one
Hi mate, i have nissan juke 2021 , it’s showing collision warning with gearbox fault( exact warning is gearbox fault stop safely call dealer). But when i turned off emergency brake setting , the gearbox fault doesn’t come on dash. So i think the warning of gearbox fault is just a bad signal happening due to faulty collision warning . What you say ? Thanks
I wouldn't what to tell you without diagnosis it myself,I haven't came across this warning yet,but I despise Nissan's CVT transmissions, that I do know. And you know what Nissan says that's just icing on the cake"In today's marketplace CVTs can be expected to provide reliable operation up to about 100,000 miles then you have to get them rebuilt or replaced and they are even used very expensive.
@@timzauto Thanks for replying mate . Today my car (Nissan Juke 2021) didn’t get started and the warning was “gearbox fault, stop safely and call dealer” . It has only 80k miles and last month they had to replace the whole new engine. It’s frustrating when you buy brand new car and this thing happened within couple of years. What do you think about gearbox fault ?
@@pawansharma-iu7me my honest opinion and I will tell everybody this,do not buy anything but a Toyota or Honda right now.
Name of tool

Will this fix a p0300 code We already replaced 02 sensors, injectors, high pressure pump, maf, map, plugs, coils vvt, exhaust solenoid, compression is 210,190,210,210 left to right
How many miles on it?
150k
Plz tell me you've done the timing chain?
Yup and water pump
@@Texan1 that pcv system I show how to may fix your problem. A malfunctioning PCV valve can disrupt the air to fuel mixture causing a misfire code, only a few other things will also, including a leaking head gasket,it will show random misfire because the coolant is getting on the plugs, happens every time.but you have good compression readings besides the second one down 20
Greetings. After replacing it, did you have to reprogram something? Or was it just a matter of removing the old one and installing the new one?
I didn't have to recalibrate it,but if it was in an accident you have to,the car is not the same anymore.
Experiencing the same issues good stuff, gunna go grab a new one 😊
You should always empty the oil out of the old one then empty the new one and put in the amount that's was in the old one...When they already have oil in them it's usually to much and it'll chock the system with to much.
No you don't have too,I have a chart with all the vehicles freon and oil capacity, don't ever just match what's left in the system, could have leaked, evaporated, etc.always look it up and use the correct amount and type, hope you've learn something and thanks for watching.
When I attempted to push down and pull out the individual wire I got resistance? Any assistance is appreciated thank you
Make sure it doesn't have the red safety clip,if so just slide it up.
I would just make a switch $3
I WISH YOUR VIDEO CAME UP FOR ME ON UA-cam. THE ONLY WAY I found this was searching Google first. Thanks for the direct, easy to follow non rambling, video!
Nice!
Will the 2003 Tahoe still drivable if I remove the small belt that’s attach to the ac compressor and the crank shaft pulley?
Yes,it only controls the ac compressor it will be fine.
@@timzauto ok thx
Really good tutorial. Clear and concise. Thanks!
Not so much read my comment.
Great video, and helped me a lot, saved my night actually, god bless you. And also found that needle nose worked to spin the caliber.
Did you put the rear emergency brake in service mode?
Hi! ! How much oil should be poured into the compressor?
Different systems have different amounts, look under the hood for the A/C specs, freon, oil, etc,I used 4 ounces of pag 100 on this one.
I was completely skeptical. I got this car from my mother in law because she was taking to a mechanic because the p0420 code kept coming back. The cat was only a year old had new o2 sensors. I ran two different cat cleaners through the tank. Still came back. I came across your video as I was about to do the spark plug non fouler trick. I swapped out the really corroded spark plugs for new iridium and error gone.
Hey mines ran hot and won’t start it cranks but won’t start could it be my starter or this problem?
Thanks for the video, about to embark on this on my '07 Tundra, and was just quoted 7 hours labor at the local shop, and they were reading off the book where as they remove the entire dash and steering column. $900 in labor alone, so I thin I will break out the tools and a sweat rag now that I see it can be done without removing everything but the carpet!
All I can say is good luck, because getting it back on all lined up will test your patience, lol.
Did you just pull the lines out from the top right and let them drain that way?
No I used my recovery tank before I started to get the freon out,but it had a leak and there was hardly any freon in the system, thanks for watching..
Dont look as hard as I thought it might be
Piece of cake 🥮
I had a question I have 12 Altima with the 3.5 and when I search up for crank position sensor it shows there’s 3 different locations? Did you just change this one or is there more. Thanks
You only have this one crank sensor, you also have 2 cam sensors so in all 3 sensors for the timing control.
I have a Nissan Rogue 2019 and I'm having the same problem and honestly don't want to spend the hundreds at a shop or dealer. Where can I also buy a replacement sensor?
I bought this one on E-Bay,good luck..
Nissans are terrible
I am experiencing this problem with my 2018 rebuilt Nissan maxima. However when I look behind the front bumper and logo or my car I am not seeing this sensor anywhere in the car. Help!
I think on the Maxima the sensor is on the passenger side front lower bumper near the headlight.
That axle nut was supposed to be torqued to 229 ft lbs using a torque wrench, not 1,000 using a impact That's how you get wheel bearings to fail prematurely.
No it isn't, wouldn't matter what you torque it too, it isn't going to "all of of sudden" wear out because it's too tight, give me a break wheel bearings wear out because of Movement,Miles, and quality of the product.Stop believing your little buddy's at the oil change shop..
I swear people must just turn the volume up on their radio to tune out car noise. How do you not notice that
Couple questions 1. Did you have the coolant vacuumed out prior to removal? 2. Did you take it to an AC place to recharge after? 3. What kinda oil goes in those things?
Thanks ,I been having that problem on my 2019 altima.
Thaaaannnnnk yu
Your welcome,thanks for watching..
How is it holding after 2 years
Good stuff sir, thank you for the video
How is the cooling of this compressor compared to oem? Aftermarket better?
Works the same.
what were the symptoms? I had a huge intake backfire from starting fluid, and I suspect an intake problem, car will not even start tries to but just stumbles and backfires
It should start with the intake off,you might have other problems, timing ,crank sensor etc. check those.
@@timzauto thank you. Ran fine b4 backfire cps is ok
@@stevenparker1063 backfiring is lean condition, since you don't have a carb I would suspect timing jumped.
@@timzauto as in timing chain slipping?
Bumper does not need to be removed a 12" electrical screwdriver is used to turn the clips for the grill. For reinstalling remove clips from body re install on grille, snap grill back into body. I was wondering why the book only pays 1.4hrs.
Took me less than hour removing everything I did with a snack in between too,do what you do,thanks for watching 😎
This video is a waste of time!!!
All I see is elbow
Great video! Helped me solve my problem. Very thankful sir!
Great,thanks for watching.
Thank you for the video sir. Helped me fix my girlfriends car with a 5 min drive to the parts store, a 50 dollar prime rib, a 65 dollar part, and 3 minutes of work in the drive way.
I swear on everything that I was sitting at my kitchen table drinking coffee and thinking about rerouting my a/c fuse location because I've burned through so many fuses. I was thinking, maybe I can just move the location or create some type of bypass. ALL THOUGHTS and nothing said out loud. Next thing I know, I find your video. smh, blessed and scared all at the same time lol.
You can do it,thanks for watching.
I HIGHLY APPRECIATE YOU THANKYOU SO MUCH FOR SHOWING ME , IT TOOK ME 10 MINS TOPS 💯💯💯💪🏽❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️❄️
But you contaminate the system
I replaced the sensor but the aeb light came back right away. Do you think it will need to be recalibrated by Nissan? There is no dtc code for this malfunction. Did you have to recalibrate your replacement? Thanks in advance
No,but it wasn't in a collision, remember I put in the description that this malfunction can also be the sensor on the rear view mirror.
Mine has similar issues .. less than 250 miles driven ...
Does this sensor need to be programmed
No,but it may need to be calibrated if the vehicle was in a collision.
Did you already evacuate the freon?
Yes.
get a tripod for your camera
I have 2,you wouldn't see anything if I put it on a tri-pod,brakes on a Honda Civic are pretty simple so thanks for watching.
How did u reset the computer did u just have to drive around till computer learns the hummer
It comes programmed with the VIN, nothing to learn.
Thank u so much! That's so great to know
What is the tool you used to put power onto the fan motor and test it I would love to have something like that!
That's called a power probe.
This video showed me absolutely nothing as far as if I need to add oil? How much r134 to use. The pressure reading etc.
The video wasn't about how to add freon in a Honda Accord,as far as how much 134a to use Honda's will always be listed under the hood how many lbs, you don't have to add oil,the pressure readings,if right, will be the same for all vehicles.
