The Pale Reef DLC adds a trawler net that is also miles ahead of what you'd have in the early game. And all you need is a dredge. You can get the ice fishing rod from the trader at the reef to complete the DLC's story and get this baby. On top of that, you also get the portal anchor there which is great for when you go for the iron rig DLC's story. You can throw it out next to the rig, and then use your teleport tot he mansion ability to go from anywhere to the mansion and then through the portal to the rig.

You can in fact use fossils for enchanting and also: having multiple pets is a thing! Since you got the second upgrade to your house you may get another pet, the third upgrade allows you for one more.

Winning the dog race is very tricky. You have to cut corners and hold srpint for 1.5 seconds, release 1.5 seconds, hold etc. You can try for 2 seconds if your pet is right under your feet but be careful at corners where there's obstacles as they can get stuck behind them. You also don't need to get 1st place in the first and 2nd round, just as long as you get it in the final round. As for the gold egg, each cow/chicken that wins first place earns a gold medal and makes gold produce, which is worth the same as 2 produce.

The game is all about changing your layout depending on what you are going to do. As empty space is important. There are also fish that can only caught by a net.

As long as there is a temperature machine and grass outside, your animals will be happy when going outside in winter! They might show a frowning emoji but that's a bug. Since grass dies in the cold weather, you'd have to manually plant them by buying grass starters (otherwise you won't get feathers and truffles)

Sheds are great for housing all the machines if you need more space

Running away in that theatre peeed me right off. The first time I did it first time but then my game crashed right after. Then it took maybe 20 tries to get past it.

I'm definitely interested in seeing where this game goes, it feels a little empty at the moment but I'm hoping that's just because it's early access, and lots more stuff will be added with each update! There's a lot of potential with this game :)

Not sure if this is mentioned but you don't have to do your base building at Heidi's place if you get the home editing kit from her shop. It then goes on your quick access wheel and you can use it both inside and outside your home

Im definitely intrigued by this game I löve Stardew valley and would like to play a game that gives me a similar experience as the first time I played Stardew again.

I know this woun't happen but it would be cool if we had like a submarine. A mission where you had to go underwater and fix the chain of the oil rig. But I know this woun't be the case. So I'm happy with the content we will get.
