Went back to Florida and road at Sandlot Off-Road again. This time I filmed with a GoPro Hero 9. Some of the quality was lost rendering the LitPro overlay but I'm very happy with it. I also shaved 2 sec. off my previous best time.

When I work out I seem to max out around 170 maybe a little higher during a sprint, but not something I can maintain. However on a bike I can maintain 180’s for 20+ minutes. I’m not sure why. My only guess is adrenaline has something to do with it.

@@goofball1205 Sprinting doesn't really get your heart rate up, though it does make you feel gassed. But it's over too soon to really get your heart rate up. If you want to get it up there, run a 5k at a difficult pace for yourself and really push the last half mile or so.

Oem white plastics. They’re pretty beat up though. I’m thinking about doing grey plastics if I ever get around to changing them.

Track looks sweet. Like a 4th 5th gear track. Gopros never do justice though
What are you using to track BPM?
I use a polar H10 connected to a LitPro HDGPS+. I don’t think LitPro makes the HDGPS units anymore. The H10 has a built in memory that can save your heart rate over the length of a Moto and can be downloaded after. I mainly use it to track workouts and calorie burn to stager training.

@@mehoffjack1874 it used to be. They went out of business. Max bought it and reopened it with the name Sandlot. They’ve done a ton of work to the property. FTT was awesome but Max is taking it to a new level. It’s an amazing place.

Yeah I think it’s a combination of the Yamaha airbox being up front and right below the camera and the GoPro microphone that makes it so loud. I had just checked the valves within a few hours of engine time before riding this track.

Yeah, we have a sand track here in Ontario, Canada. And it's by far the hardest track to ride, also the most fun.

No just rolled over the berm. This was just a lap cut from a full video to pair up with the litpro data that I also posted. It was more of a test to see the quality loss when rendering the litpro data on the video and uploading to UA-cam.

What camera and app are you using and how does it do heart rate? Awesome video and nice riding!
This is a GoPro Hero 3+. I use a Litpro HDGPS+ linked to a polar H10 to overlay the heart rate and GPS data. I just picked up a Hero 9 so the next videos should look a lot better.
