Hi Sharyl, not a big fruitcake fan, but I used to always look forward to Pavlova, before I became intolerant of egg 😩 and lactose and gluten, and a whole heap of other foods 😂. I also don’t like to cook, I would rather clean the toilet than cook🤣, thankfully my husband is a good cook and likes to do it. I think the recipe book is a good idea, I was surprised to see you used orange colours as I thought it wasn’t one of your favourite colours. My favourite Winnie the Poo character is Tigger, he is a tiger my favourite animal, and I like his happy go lucky personality, he always makes me smile. So did you like the fruit cake soaked in the brandy? A lot of your favourite desserts I haven’t heard of before, let alone try, they sound delicious, although I can’t eat any of them. This was a fun visit👍💖🇦🇺🥰🤗🍦🥧🧁🍪🍩🍮🍨

I love your recipe journal! Those snacks look pretty good. I wasn't sure about the fruit cake in the brandy, though.😆 I like custards, too. I used to like eggnog, until I got some that someone made with the egg not mixed in too well. The texture of it sort of changed my mind about it. I really love that vellum piece you used in there. My mom decorated cakes when I was young. She hated when my brother or I would watch, but it was fascinating to watch. Also, frozen leftover frosting that she let us squeeze out on wax paper was yummy. Mom made cakes for friends and family, and she made several multi-tiered cakes for weddings.

Between weather and activities and the usual Holiday stress it is hard to be productive, heck, it's hard to be showered and dressed (and sometimes I skip that step in my day to get other things done). Make your own puzzle!
