As a Christian, the Clancy letters make perfect sense to me. Perspective is everything.

Tyler and Josh both grew up in Christian homes and were very sheltered. What started out as music for other confused Christian kids got shoved into the mainstream and that's where everything went sideways. People without a Christian background latched on to the dark parts and ignored the rest because they simply had no context for the lyrics. Fairly local is Romans 7:13-25. Without context, it got twisted. That's precisely why Tyler makes the same hand motion in Overcompensate. Fairly Local was the beginning of this beautiful nightmare. The nine bishops Clancy has been trying to kill are the top nine songs from Blurryface. Because they never corrected people's misconceptions, we have two church kids that have now created a cult. Expect a grand glorious gone in the spring of 2025. The storm that's sung about in Paladin is on the way. If you have a Christian/ theological background, Clancy is a confessional, a plea for forgiveness, and a story of redemption. Their Christian fan base has been waiting patiently for our boys (now grown men) to come home. The prodigal sons are done running. Goner is very special to me and can be found in Matthew 27:50 Jesus passionately cried out, took his last breath, and gave up his spirit. I absolutely cannot listen to Goner without ugly crying. Goner literally rips my heart out of my chest. The Clancy album is meant to be analyzed with the heart and not with the head. I'm excited for the chaos that's coming. Tyler has lived his spiritual wanderings in front of us in play by play fashion. TOPs discography is the story of his life hence, I am Clancy. It's been a wild "Ride". He's gone from taking his time on his ride to being short on time in Midwest Indigo. Things are coming full circle. Becoming a parent changes lots of things. Thanks for reading my 1:00 am ramblings. I'm a nurse with a terrible sleep schedule. Lots of time for Routines In The Night. God can be a harsh teacher at times, but he never lets his kids get too far out of hand before he stops us in our tracks. Pun intended. ❤

Vessel will forever be my favorite TØP album but Trench holds a special place in my heart it was the first album I ever heard of theirs and conceptually it's one of the greatest albums ever written imo. Also keep up the great videos they're always a good watch |-/

The last like 20 minutes of this is just fantastic I can't put into words the feeling I hold towards it but it just feels beautiful and so full of life I can't sing enough praise, just fantastic work. thank you

UR videos are awesome, epic, and thought provoking!!! I find the most amazing thing about "The Boys" is how they have continued to amaze and put out such great albums although Scaled and Icy I did pass on being that I am 45yrs old, wait am I even allowed here in the clique? I been here since Vessel and my two sons are huge fans now, we just went to see Clancy in Boston, so yea I think by simply adding a few kids to the mix and my insane love for their music and the fact I danced and screamed as loud as every adolescent at the show I have earned my yellow duct tape!!; seriously though ur thoughts on the albums has made me see them in a new light and made them brand new again, thanks for that
