Charger are blinking white and red. What does it mean? It is no charging

I have an oclean x ultra s and I love it ❤️ So much better than the philips I used to have.

Great toothbrush and very effective at cleaning. The silence is fantastic. I can get up early in the morning , or brush late at night and noone is woken up. I have an old Oral B and my neighbour has complained about being woken up when its used! The Oclean is perfect. Sonicare has a terrible reputation for failing. Just look at the product reviews. On top of that the oclean brush heads are quite inexpensive and very durable while actually being soft.

App doesn’t sync brushing data. Please fix it.

I will just buy the Bentist one way better

Oclean is an awful toothbrush. I don't pay for that useless screen which doesn’t have any important information and doesn’t even react to touching when wet. I pay for a TOOTHBRUSH, not a TV. Instead of working on unnecessary features like bluetooth (which works also very bad) you could have instead made this toothbrush more durable. They break like crazy when they fall.

How do I delete a teeth brushing record from the app?

Don't buy the Oclean W10! I bought it exactly 1 year ago and it has now become completely unusable. At first I noticed that after a full session the water tank remained half full and I had to start another full cycle. Then the unit started to switch on all by itself and spraying the water around in my bathroom and no way to switch it off. Had to throw it away. I will now opt for a cheaper product. The Oclean W10 is totally overpriced considering that it lasted only 1 year.

Gotta watch this then buy the Oclean W10!

I just love the battery life of the Oclean Flow and all products actually. It takes very little amount of time to charge, then you could use it for weeks.
