Many yers ago, before I started back into cross stitch, I attended a LOT of scrapbooking and card making retreats and classes. One day my friend and I attended a day-long card making class from a rather well-known company. You know how it goes: there are 3-6 people who absolutely MUST keep chatting away, even when the instructor was speaking, then turn around and start questioning everything you had just done! This instructor would go through the room insisting everyone stop speaking and look at her, even going to the point to say “1,2,3 eyes on me!!” 😮 My friend and I would look at each other and 🙄🙄, and by the end of the class we had had enough…. Karen you were there when I won several prizes at the raffle at this year’s SITW. I could hear as well as feel the energy shift in the room and at first I did not let it bother me. I had paid for the tickets, I had paid for the prizes, and I never drew my own number… give me a break!!!! If you ladies ever get the chance I put a short video on the SITW Facebook page about what to bring to a retreat…. I’ve been binge-watching all your past episodes as I’m working on reorganizing my kitted projects and my chart stash, do I can get a stitching spot set up for myself… I’m so sorry, Kathy, that that instructor treated you that way! We are all adults!! 🤯 Off to the next video!!!

I would have suggested splitting all of those with you.
