The only reason I won’t go back to Mazda is their infotainment system. The mere fact that they are willing to activate touchscreen on CarPlay means they know they’re F’d up if they keep using the old non-touch system. Even if they adopt Toyotas hybrid, they failed to see that a car does not need to be driven months just to get used to their infotainment setup and/or using the old screen far off the dash… user learning adjustment should only take minutes for all cars and should be as fluid as being shareable among family members. Mazda now, still is cutting cost by still using their old system which is too far to reach the screen on CarPlay mode. Safety is first priority, and this system is not safe if you mix touch and non-touch system.

I have a Mazda 3 hatchback and one of the selling points of that car was the infotainment system. I understand people like touch screens but the knob is easy to use and has better response time than a touchscreen. All good points about the cup holders though lol
