Ep3. Okay! Makes sense on the mulitple episodes over one convo. (It’s not what your audience wants to hear but I get it) Lots of cool candid and authentic discussions happened in this episode and some were straight contradictions. For the people who may see themselves are a comfort person, -Probably don’t say, ‘you aren’t our people’ to the audience Steve, it’s a bad look/vibe and damages the connection to the audience. I’d encourage you to say the opposite. “You are our people! “ Do you want an echo chamber of growers or do you want the mix of people who can learn and benefit across the spectrum of what you are discussing & defining as ‘growth and comfort’ 👍🏽 Have you look into starting a discord server as a way to engage community feedback? Nice simple splash intro Randy, I like the graphics and music. 👍🏽. Well done!

Hey guys, I can appreciate the conversation in E 2. 👍🏽😎 Some of the conversation comes off as generic life observations and quotes and general advice. When you get specific with personal details/examples is when it it’s interesting! So do more of that! Also, you mentioned ‘75 hard’ in E. 1, with absolutely no update on your progress in E. 2, was kinda curious if you’re still in it and how is that going? Randy, your voice and demeanor comes off very authentic and sincere and it would be interesting to hear more on your own personal story, struggles, and growth journey.
